Nourish Your Year

We are half way through the year and you may be thinking "Where am I and how the fuck did I get here?! It's like I blinked and it's July!" If you're feeling the same way, you're not alone. 

I don't know about you, but I've been working my butt off tracking my goals, staying focused and trudging forward. Am I where I thought I would be? Nope. Is there still time to get there? YES. 

It's time to take a time-out and do a check-in. Pumps those breaks, sweetheart, and let's get clear about the rest of our year.
