Happiness is an intentional loving choice.

Ask anybody what they want most in life, and they will answer: Happiness. Everybody wants it, yet so many of us are still trying to achieve it.

We have our lists, our to-do’s, our obligations and responsibilities, yet happiness never seems to wind up on those lists. We come up with excuses and ultimately make other things in our life a priority.

So what gets in the way? How do we define happiness for ourselves? Why are so many of us still chasing it? These are all the questions we will discuss in this 2 hour interactive workshop.
