Intentional Happiness: The Art Of Living The Life You Were Meant To Live

One happiness scatters a thousand sorrows. - Chinese Proverb

One thing I know for sure: people just want to be happy. They want to know and feel like they are living their best life. We KNOW life is short, yet we tend to be clueless on what it takes to create more happiness, fulfillment and enthusiasm in our lives.

We do what we think we should be doing to create more happiness: we drink green smoothies, go to the gym, meditate, do yoga, set healthy boundaries and read all the self help books…and yet something is still missing.

Here’s why: we believe that if we do everything ‘right’ and everything we have been told will create happiness, we will be happy. We see all the images on TV and social media and the story in our heads is this: if we can just do what those people are doing, then we will be happy.

Happiness is just as unique as your DNA.

This workshop is for:

Escape Artists: when things get tough, you numb out, ignore, deny and escape.

Perfectionists: if things don’t go exactly your way, you’re left feeling completely discouraged.

Conditional Happiness Seekers: when things are going well, you feel great. But if not, you’re totally funked out.

Empty Nesters: Those who feel like something has been missing from their life.

The Reachers: People who feel that if they can just achieve one more thing or ‘get there,’ they’ll be happy.

The Clingers: You cling to happiness like your life depends on it, and anticipate with dread the day it disappears.

The Busy Bodies: You constantly think “if I just get one more thing done I’ll feel so much better!”

The Knock-outs: People who feel out of control in their life and like life has been happening TO them.

Sound like You?

This described me for so many years, until I learned the magic of mindfulness, intention, positive psychology and slowing down.

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, gratitude and joy.
