Many of us have deep-seeded beliefs and behaviors that may be stopping us from being the woman we want to be.
Here’s my story: I personally spent so many years of my life in negative thought patterns that led to self-sabotaging behaviors. For years I felt like I was spinning my wheels, stagnant and powerless to what was happening around me. It was like life was happening to me and I was simply a chess piece getting played. I was going through the motions of my life, distracting myself with busyness and booze.
It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 23 that I finally decided that something needed to change. I had ignored my emotions, my feelings, my heart and my spirit for so long that my emotional pain started to manifest in my physical body.
(P.S. The body is so, so smart. You can ignore the signs all you want, but it will get your attention in one way or another.)
From that point on I started to live with intention. I made powerful decisions, I said yes to what I wanted, and no to what I didn’t. I realized that time was the most precious non-renewable resource. We don’t have endless time here, so why am I taking it for granted?
Fast forward to today: I feel more empowered than ever. I don’t base my decisions on other people’s happiness, I live for my own happiness. I set my own standards and I don’t give a fuck what other people think about me. I understand this gift of life.
That’s what Evolution Of The Spirit is all about: stepping into your power, tapping into The Divine Feminine and living your deepest joy.

Journaling has been a part of my evolutionary process since I was 14 years old. I consider my journal my therapist and has probably saved me thousands of dollars in therapy bills. Journaling is a powerful way to curiously inquire about your patterns, thoughts and beliefs - which is where so much of our action stems from.
I will be walking your through journaling exercises inspired to create transformational change and get you taking the necessary action to make positive changes in your life. We will be discussing and coming together as a community as a way to support each other’s journeys.

What I have found in my own yoga experience (both teaching and practicing) is that so much negative, stuck energy can manifest in the physical body and keep us stuck mentally, emotionally and physically. It’s time to use our bodies (and minds) to get that stuck energy moving so it no longer holds us back.
It’s time to open your heart to what’s truly possible. Your Spirit is waiting for you to wake up to its potential and grow.
