I'm Ashley Looker. 


An authentic, passionate, foul-mouthed Eating Psychology Coach and Yoga Teacher from the Pacific Northwest with a pretty memorable name.

I teach women like you how to create joyful, empowered lives that burst at the seams with vibrance, radical love for themselves and their bodies and become the healthiest version of themselves.

And I am 100% committed to helping you live your absolute best life.

It’s no mistake that I landed here coaching badass, driven women like you who want to stop living their lives based on their excuses, and start living based on their truth.

Because the truth is:

The answer to your struggles isn’t in the next diet, self help book or cycling class - as a matter of fact, those things are probably just distractions.

You are much more powerful than you are giving yourself credit for. It’s time to step into that, darling.

Transformation doesn’t start with external changes;
it starts with internal shifts, a little something I like to call Soul Work.

Confession time:

I've always looked bubbly, but really feeling it?
Like deep in my soul?

That took years.

I was constantly trying to change my body through diets, I sought out the wrong dudes when it came to my relationships, I never thought I was enough, I felt worthless, hopeless, fearful, broken and constantly felt the need to please, perfect, and perform to stay likable and be accepted. 

Total barf.

Things were already crumbling when, at the age of 23, I was (mis)diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

For the full story, check out this blog post. Long story short, I came across this funky term 'holistic health' and decided to start addressing my diet. Slowly but surely I started to feel alive in my body - something I am not sure I ever felt before. And the positive changes I made with my diet, rippled into all the other important areas of my life. As I started to feel better physically, I started to put my needs first, I switched out of a stressful career, I found a cute apartment I loved, I found movement my body enjoyed, and I started being more mindful about the people I invited into my life. 

It was a long road, but I did what I thought was bullshit for so many years - I took charge of my health and I healed. 

I pinch myself every day that I get to help badass women like you do the exact same thing. 


A few quirky facts about me: 

Despite my parents being married for 41 year, I didn't believe in marriage until I met this guy.  

I feel most alive when I am listening to live music while sipping on bubbles. Currently obsessed with this band. 

I once bungee jumped off a bridge backwards and screamed ‘fuck you!’ while flipping off the confused (yet amused) audience – just because it’s kind of funny to do awkward things sometimes. And I’m weird. And I was dared. Thumbs up.

My Soul Nourishment needs include: coffee (duh), champagne, starring at the ocean, dancing, adventures to far-away places, learning, my blankie, deep meaningful conversation, women empowering women (and girls) and journaling. 

I cuss. A LOT. But I'm a classy bitch. 

I am known by close friends as Balls. True story. You can imagine the looks I get when out in public.
