108 has long been considered a sacred number for Hinduism and yoga, and as a yoga practitioner and teacher myself, I'm all about it.

Although it's true interpretation is up for debate, many people believe that 108 is directly tied to significant sacred places and universal phenomenas. People use it as a form of prayer, ritual and of course, transformation. 

The word transformation means "a change in form or existence where there is little-to-none of the the old self left. A transformation is 3-fold; it happens in mind, body and spirit and on this 108 journey we are diving into all three.

Ritual has been around for thousands and thousands of years - and for good reason. It keeps us grounded and keeps us focused on what's most important. Ritual is grounded in spirituality, connection and joy. Many sacred rituals are done in community, which is exactly why we are coming together for 108 days to support one another on our transformative journey. 

What we will cover:

  • The rituals that you are willing to commit to that bring you to life.

  • The people, places and things that will support you in your transformation.

  • Understand and value the importance of community and loving support.

  • Learn the difference between a ritual and a habit and how to sustain both.


Phases Of Transformation

This program has been created to build upon your own transformation. Each phase is a dedicated, intentional 36-day period where you will focus on your daily ritual. It will be up to you to add in another ritual during each phase, depending on how you feel. 

In Phase One - Empowerment - we will be laying the foundation for our own transformation. We will be focusing on thoughts and how our mental awareness can support us in our journey. 

In Phase Two - Holistic Wellness - we will be learning how to stay the course, shift, adjust and pivot when things get in our way. During this phase we will be focusing on the physical body and how we can use it to support ourselves in our journey. 

In Phase Three - Mindfulness - we start to step into our full level of empowerment, the Queen archetype, and transformation and learn how to stand confidently in who we are. Putting ourselves first is no longer a chore, or something we feel guilty about - we understand the necessity for our wellbeing and optimal health and happiness. In this phase we will be coming full circle by focusing on the spiritual body, tapping into that connection as a way to support us in our journey.

What is a Ritual?

A ritual, in respect to this program, can be described as intentional, devoted time or a self love activity that nourishes your body, mind and soul at a deeper level. A ritual requires mindfulness, intention and a sense of "dropping into" your life rather than going through the motions. Rituals have been used as a way of ceremony and celebration for thousands of years. The ritual you choose in this program will be totally up to you. 

What if I can't complete the 108 days? 

This program is not about being perfect and completing the 108 days. This journey is really about committing to your self care and your wellbeing and learning about yourself and your life along the way. Whether you complete the 108 days or not, the intention is to have fun, create time just for you and give back to yourself.

Plus, I will be here right along with you completing this journey! You'll get personal coaching from me, accountability and tons of inspiration to keep you moving forward. 

I have such a busy life! Is it really going to be possible for me to add yet one more thing into my life? 

The short answer to this question is, it's totally up to you! Essentially you get to decide what you have time for and what you create time for. Self care is a necessity for optimal health and happiness, so is it possible, ABSOLUTELY. It's just how much heart, Soul and discipline you are willing to put into it! 

Daily ritual does not need to take long either. 15 minutes for a daily ritual is plenty of time to reconnect back to yourself, give yourself some self care time and fill up your cup. 

What kind of rituals do people do? 

You can choose whatever ritual is calling you. It could be anything from drink a glass of water before every meal, walk in the morning each day, meditate, eat a green vegetable, anything. Some people, like myself, have morning rituals, others prefer to do their ritual in the evening. It will be totally up to you, and we will talk about how to create a sustainable ritual during Prep Week. The only caveat is that the ritual has to be intentional, it has to be mindful, loving and for the betterment of your life. The most sustainable rituals are those that are fun and created out of self love and self care.
